All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package and sent it to your home 1-2 times again. If you are still not at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. But, you need to pay the shipping cost for our posting you again.

5,Normally, it will take 10-20days to make your dress after we got your payment. So, you can get your dress in 30 days. We will ship it by EMS or UPS (it's very safety and fast). and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.
